Aparna Rao

Dr. Aparna Rao is a Harvard-trained neuropsychologist and seasoned business woman. Following a successful business career that included the Boston Consulting Group and Vice President at Bank of America, she turned her passion to unlocking human potential by going back to school to become a neuropsychologist and working with children and adults with multiple support needs, especially those from disadvantaged socio-economic circumstances. She has been a service provider to children in foster care and to veterans in hospitals and community settings. She has performed neuropsychological evaluations for youth and adults in community and judicial settings, with a deep appreciation for the importance of collaboration between public health, public safety, school systems, child welfare and Medicaid. Dr. Rao founded eCare Vault to help unlock human potential by placing the person at the center of a digital hub for holistic supports and skill development. The innovative digital solution harnesses the power of a trusted team and a personalized pathway to support the individual via ongoing check-ins, assessments, nudges and reflective interactions with coaches, peer mentors, supervisors and/or pathway navigators. In this manner, the digital hub lights up a personalized pathway for each individual towards well-being and success and ensures that the individual does not fall through the cracks along the way. eCare Vault has successfully supported and continues to support state departments of health and human services, child welfare agencies, community based organizations and educational institutions with digital hubs around 1) the frontline workforce to drive recruitment, retention and belonging and 2) the vulnerable clients and families to enhance integrated well-being and skill development outcomes.
