Before Delinea, I was the Vice President of Product Management at Fastpath. I led advancements in Identity Governance Administration (IGA) and collaborated with the engineering team to improve our technology, processes, and communication, aligning with our strategic objectives. Utilizing the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) and Outcome-Driven Innovation (ODI) frameworks, Product developed the business case for our strategic decision and successful acquisition of an IGA company (ideiio). These initiatives and other strategies, such as "build, borrow, buy," were leveraged to accelerate our roadmap and enhance our market position. Through its initiatives, Fastpath achieved an impressive feat of tripling its ASP and ARR over three years, establishing itself as a Rule of 40 company. This growth and operational efficiency period has led to our successful acquisition by Delinea. Previously at Protiviti, I gained extensive experience in Access Governance and Digital Identity Security, leading security and access governance initiatives for global digital transformation projects. This experience has been invaluable in developing a SaaS B2B platform that meets customers' evolving desired outcomes while navigating the complex digital landscape. My dedication to professional growth extends beyond my work at Fastpath. I also serve on the University of Georgia MIS Advisory Board, contributing to shaping the future of technology leadership. This commitment to the industry is balanced with a fulfilling personal life as a father of two, reflecting my belief in the importance of a well-rounded approach to success.
