Enthusiastic about people and technology, I have scaled product and tech teams since 2010. Working in four different countries for tech brands including Google, devBuddies and Choco, I have experience across both in-house and agency. A champion of diversity, I build strong functioning teams and partner closely with senior and executive hiring managers. With a global network, I thrive on building and interacting with team members from different cultural backgrounds. Talent Acquisition continues to engage me through my personal development, ongoing positive contributions, structural organization and the individuals I am surrounded with daily. In my free time, I learn about emerging technology, follow industry trends, invest in stocks or hike in the outdoors and do high-altitude trekking (I trekked above 5000 meters three times, including Mt. Everest Base Camp).

My focus is on hiring high-quality candidates for agile teams, reducing time-to-hire, saving precious interviewer time and increasing diversity in teams.

I’m skilled in a range of creative sourcing techniques, sourcing automation, behavioral interviewing, diversity sourcing/hiring. I have a good technical understanding of the software engineering field and able to have deeper conversations with CTOs, Engineering Directors about what is needed for their teams. I pay a lot of attention to self-development in technical fields, agile, personal efficiency & productivity, project management and of course sourcing&recruitment.

Apart from successfully identifying, attracting and winning candidates for various teams, I’ve also built up TA functions nearly from scratch, introduced processes, defined and tracked metrics, trained other sourcers & recruiters, made the hiring process more efficient and overall work as a consultative partner in hiring efforts.
