Head of HR
Washington, District of Columbia, United States
I’m a people executive who has spent my career helping organizations scale, transform, and navigate moments of significant change.
I’ve served as a Chief People Officer and Head of People across Fortune 50, private equity-backed, venture-backed, and high-growth technology companies, partnering with CEOs and senior executives on the people and organizational decisions that ultimately drive the business. My experience spans building People functions from the ground up, scaling global organizations, organizational design, executive talent, workforce strategy, total rewards, M&A, and leadership development.
I’ve had the opportunity to help scale organizations from early-stage growth to thousands of employees, support global expansion across 26 countries, build and transform People teams, and lead through everything from hypergrowth and restructuring to new business creation and investor-backed transformation.
I’m focused on what I believe is one of the most important challenges facing People leaders: how AI changes the way organizations are designed and work gets done. I’m particularly interested in building AI-enabled operating models that automate transactional work, increase organizational leverage, and allow both People teams and the broader workforce to spend more time on work that requires judgment, creativity, and human connection.
At the center of my leadership philosophy is a simple belief: the best People strategies aren’t HR strategies. They’re business strategies—built around having the right organization, leadership, talent, and capabilities to win.
