My work sits at the intersection of People Operations, Systems Design, and Process Improvement. I help organizations transform fragmented, manual workflows into scalable operating systems across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle operations, and internal accountability. Over the last few years, I've worked across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development, contractor management, and HR operations. More recently, I've expanded into designing AI-assisted and automation-enabled systems that improve visibility, reduce manual coordination, and create more consistent employee experiences. At my current company, I've led initiatives spanning recruitment operations, leave management automation, onboarding systems, performance intelligence frameworks, accountability systems, and AI-assisted people operations workflows. What excites me most is solving operational problems. I enjoy analyzing how work flows through an organization, identifying bottlenecks, and designing systems that help teams scale without creating unnecessary complexity.
