From the vibrant startup scene in Hong Kong to the dynamic tech ecosystems of San Francisco and New York, I've had the privilege of wearing many hats: from Customer Success Manager to Head of Operations. Along the way, I've been part of teams that turned ambitious plans into tangible successes, like launching operations across a new continent that matched our HQ's revenue in record time.
But beyond the titles and achievements, my real joy comes from solving puzzles. There's something about diving deep into a challenge, connecting the dots in new ways, and coming up with solutions that keep me up at night — in the best way possible. It's this passion for problem-solving that's driven me through different roles and industries, always with the same goal: to make things better, one solution at a time.
