Passionate about growing teams and shaping meaningful careers, I bring experience across Business Development, Customer Experience & Success, and Recruitment, having worked with diverse industries including Real Estate, Staffing, and Information Technology. Currently, I work in a dynamic Human Resources role, managing end-to-end recruitment across international markets such as the US and Canada, along with Domestic hiring. Beyond recruitment, I contribute to building people-first cultures and support business and marketing initiatives. Alongside my professional journey, I am a practicing Psychology Counselor, driven by a deep interest in understanding human behavior and supporting mental well-being. I aim to create safe, empathetic spaces where individuals can navigate their personal challenges and growth. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks, meaningful conversations, and exploring new experiences - whether it’s trying new recipes, traveling, reading about philosophy and psychology, or simply enjoying music with a cup of black coffee. I find joy in nurturing both people and plants - watching growth in all its forms brings me a sense of calm and fulfilment.
