Alexander Konoplyasty

Back in 2012 together with my friend Michael Szalontay we founded Flashpoint Venture Capital with the ultimate goal to build an international tech investment asset management business. Before that I was a Director at UBS, covering TMT and financial services sectors where I completed over 20 investment banking transactions. Prior to UBS I was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley and a Consultant of Transaction Support at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Main experience is in the field of corporate finance transactions: M&A, IPO, private placements, leverage buy-outs, raising and restructuring debt.
