I've spent the last decade leading cross-functional transformation work at the intersection of healthcare strategy, policy, and product, most recently as a founder building consumer AI products in mental health and wellbeing.
As a founder, I built and shipped consumer AI products end to end. I ran a platform focused on mental health and wellbeing, shipping six products across 15 campuses with 40% weekly active rates and paying subscribers. Working across strategy, product, engineering, and growth, I embedded AI into the products and workflows themselves while also using it across the build to move faster from idea to launch.
Before founding, I worked at Strategy& (PwC) in Boston, doing C-suite transformation work with Fortune 25 health insurers. I helped design org structures and technology roadmaps for post-acquisition integration, and facilitated strategic workshops with senior leadership to set vision and transformation roadmaps.
During my joint MBA/MPA at Wharton and Harvard Kennedy School, I spent a gap year in the UAE designing and launching the country's national unemployment insurance program (48,000 initial enrollees), helping establish a new national AI university, and shaping a cultural transformation program across a 700-person public health authority. Before grad school, I drove digital transformation in healthcare operations, scaling physician engagement 19x (100K to 1.9M monthly interactions) and redesigning multi-partner distribution across 400 partners.
Across all of it, the constant has been the work I enjoy most: taking on complex, undefined initiatives and bringing people across an organization together to drive them through to delivery. Outside of work, I like cooking, working out with friends, playing cricket, spending time in nature, and looking after my cats and plants.
