I’m a Recruitment Executive at Taylor Rose, working within the Consultant Services team, supporting conveyancers, solicitors and fee earners as they transition into remote, self-employed consultancy roles.

With over four years at the firm, I work in a hybrid capacity and regularly from the Peterborough office, staying closely connected to both our consultants and the wider business. I specialise in building long-term relationships, understanding what people actually want from their careers, and helping them move into working models that offer more autonomy, flexibility and control.

My approach is relationship-led, honest and practical. I don’t believe in pushing people into moves that don’t make sense for them. Instead, I focus on having open conversations, providing clarity, and helping professionals explore options that genuinely fit their goals, lifestyle and ambitions.

I take real pride in my work and in the relationships I build, and I’m passionate about supporting people through what can be some of the biggest career decisions they’ll make.
