This role is helping me build strong communication and organizational skills while gaining practical exposure to workplace dynamics.I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a keen interest in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. I am particularly interested in talent acquisition and employee engagement, and I aim to build a career in HR.
