I am closely following a lawsuit currently making its way through the courts in California. Vergara v. It is ambitious and seeks to do nothing less than overturn the set of laws that govern the hiring, firing and seniority of all public school teachers in California.

While internal developmental factors may be equal, other factors at play affect students' ability to succeed in school. Internal assets alone will not guarantee high school graduation. Multiple mitigating factors are required if a student is to overcome adversity and achieve academic success as measured by graduation.
This is a community-created genome.
