I am a Software Engineer at Trao, focused on building scalable, secure, and AI-driven platforms, with hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, full-stack development, and cloud-ready architectures.
In my role, I contribute across the entire software development lifecycle—designing high-performance backend services, building modern, responsive frontend applications, and integrating production-grade AI solutions. A key area of my work involves developing and optimizing RAG-based chatbots, where I design knowledge ingestion pipelines, embedding strategies, and feedback-driven fine-tuning workflows to ensure accurate, contextual, and reliable AI responses.
My responsibilities include:
• Designing and developing RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
• Implementing secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
• Building scalable React and Next.js applications with a strong focus on performance and UX
• Designing and maintaining RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, vector storage, retrieval logic, and response validation
• Implementing AI knowledge base management, chatbot feedback loops, and continuous response improvement
• Handling large-scale media uploads, background processing, and queue-based workflows using Redis and BullMQ
• Managing production deployments with Docker, NGINX, PM2, and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product, AI, and content teams to deliver business-aligned, scalable solutions
