I'm a technology leader who enjoys leading and growing teams. Teams of developers. Teams of Product Managers. Teams of TPMs. Organizations of leaders. I enjoy leading teams focused on frontend product areas, backend platform areas and all the full stack product areas in between. My leadership philosophies focus on balancing technically focused decision making, metrics measurement and standards setting, with people focused processes, mentoring, growth and development. As my experience shows, I have worked in many product areas, with internet/e-commerce having the largest role. Within that area, I've developed or led teams in Payments, Licensing, Content/DAM, in-app conversations and notifications, workflows/automation, Pricing/Search engine technologies, Product Led Growth and much more. From start-ups to the largest tech companies in the world. I enjoy new challenges and learning new areas, while helping teams and product areas thrive and succeed. We should enjoy what we do and who we work with. Creating healthy teams, orgs and environments that embody those is what I strive to do.
