IT Technical Support Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced N-able Managed Service Provider environment, supporting 2000+ end users across diverse client setups using N-central as the primary RMM platform. I specialise in Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory & Group Policy management, endpoint security, and PowerShell automation. I'm passionate about streamlining IT operations — from reducing ticket resolution times to building automation scripts that eliminate repetitive manual tasks. Alongside my IT career, I run IT2U (it2u.co.za) — a web development brand where I design and build business, e-commerce, and portfolio websites for clients. Currently working at Ingran Africa Technologies, where I manage everything from workstation deployment and N-central RMM monitoring to backup solutions and EDR compliance. 📍 Johannesburg, South Africa | 🌐 English & Afrikaans
