Electronic Engineer with master’s in business administration (MBA) and 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry leading and supervising the project execution and the business development strategy in Colombia and Latin America (Argentina, Uruguay, México, Panamá, Ecuador). I have been working as project manager, consultant and technical leader in wireless communications and management software solution projects, with experience (i) in planning, deployment and investment estimates of wireless networks, (ii) on management, assignment, planning and control of radio-frequency spectrum, (iii) on planning and implementation of software platforms and spectrum management systems, (iv) and in the measurement and assessment of the limits of human exposure to electromagnetic fields. In addition, I have experience in radio-frequency spectrum regulation, quality indicator on mobile networks and execution of field activities to deployment of telecommunications networks. With my mentoring experience, self-management and self-study, I can transfer my knowledge. Therefore, I have given much training and consultancy to several companies, regulator entities and manufacturers in Latin America (Colombia (MinTIC/ANE), Argentina (ENACOM), Uruguay (URSEC), México (IFTEL), Panamá (ASEP), El Salvador (SIGET), Ecuador (ARCOTEL) and Venezuela).
