Bilingual and multicultural with more than 19 years of experience in leading companies in the segments of environmental services (water, waste and energy management), financial sector, cosmetics, and business organizations in Mexico and Colombia. I participated successfully in Financial Projects of Mergers & Acquisitions, Fixed-Income Investment Portfolio Management, and Financial Validation of Tenders for public and private processes. I have consolidated as Financial Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Business Development Committees in Mexico and Colombia. Also, I have generated different solutions and tools applied for the processes of management control, compliance, accounts payable, treasury, among others.
