Diego is a software engineer and P.M. with seven years of experience heading a software company and ten years working as a professor at the University of Costa Rica. Since 2015, he has been managing ERPs and accounting software development for government institutions in Costa Rica. He has managed plus 2 million dollars projects. As a professor and researcher at the UCR he taught programming and data science courses at the Schools of Economics, Statistics, and Computer Science. Led the development of a COVID19 decision making platform for the Ministry of Health. He worked on projects with NGOs (OIT, Hivos), government agencies, banks, and private companies.
