Wesley Benoit

As a U.S. Navy officer and prior enlisted Sailor with over a decade of military service, I bring a mission-focused approach to leadership, technology, and operational excellence. Throughout my career, I have led the coordination of global logistics and supply operations, managed vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensured the operational readiness of critical assets, and maintained rigorous financial accountability and regulatory compliance. My experience spans secure communications, information systems, cybersecurity, data protection, and the implementation of technology solutions that support mission success. I have trained and mentored personnel on technical systems, operational procedures, and best practices while supporting complex military operations in high-accountability environments. I was commissioned by the President of the United States as a U.S. Navy Communications Systems Warfare Officer through the Direct Commission Officer Program, where I serve within the Information Warfare Community. My focus is on advancing secure communications, information superiority, and technology-enabled mission capabilities in support of national defense. Outside of military service, I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. I am currently completing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence, combining executive leadership with advanced research in AI, emerging technologies, and digital transformation. Professionally, I am passionate about applying artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, automation, and modern software solutions to solve complex operational challenges. My experience across military operations, technology, business leadership, and AI engineering enables me to bridge the gap between strategic vision and practical execution. I remain committed to continuous learning, mission-focused leadership, and developing secure, innovative solutions that strengthen both government and commercial organizations.
