Vice President, Solutions Engineering
San Mateo, California, United States
I lead global Solutions Engineering at Skydio, helping customers across public safety, government, defense, and commercial markets turn autonomous drone technology into real operational capability.
With more than 10 years in UAS, I have built teams and led work across Solutions Engineering, go to market, customer success, operations, and regulatory strategy. My focus has always been the same, helping organizations adopt complex technology in ways that deliver real world results.
I joined Skydio in 2020 as one of the company’s first enterprise hires, helping support its transition into enterprise and public sector markets. Today, I lead a 50+ person global Solutions Engineering organization responsible for some of Skydio’s most strategic and complex customer deployments across multiple continents, helping drive hundreds of millions in annual revenue.
Before Skydio, I was part of the early team at Cape, where I helped co-invent and operationalize what is now known as DFR. That work included early programs with Chula Vista PD, which helped establish a model for public safety drone operations nationwide. After Cape was acquired by Motorola Solutions, I led go to market launch efforts and customer success strategy for Motorola Aerial Suite.
I care deeply about building strong teams, creating repeatable operating models, and helping customers turn emerging technology into scalable programs that last.
