I’m a Technical Sourcing Recruiter with experience supporting engineering, product, data, and ML teams at companies like X (The Moonshot Factory), Sentry.io, Envoy, Udemy, and Meta.

I partner closely with hiring managers—especially when roles are still evolving—to get clear on what a team actually needs, ask the right questions early, and build sourcing strategies that are practical, focused, and grounded in reality. I tend to prioritize quality over volume and care a lot about making hiring decisions that scale well over time.

Over the past year, I built and operated a direct-to-consumer business and a small bootstrapped SaaS product alongside my recruiting work. Building products end-to-end sharpened how I think about execution, tradeoffs, and team dynamics, and it’s made me a stronger partner to engineers and founders. I work best in environments where recruiting is collaborative, expectations are clear, and teams value thoughtful, human hiring.
