- Being a transportation Middle man between Shippers (Companies needing transportation for their commodities), and Carriers (Ground transportation providers within the continental United States of America).
- Reaching out to diverse companies with in the continental USA with the intent of obtaining business from them.
- Once business was obtained I had to procure capacity for it, within our internal carrier network, while making sure that high standards of service, purchasing and communications were met by those carrier partners.
- Once that capacity was secured, I had to schedule pick up and delivery appointments, directly with the facilities involved, while making sure that transit time was set according to hours of service from the carri
