• Managing daily office operations, including cleaning staff, mailing, reception, security and supplies procurement. • Events management, such as in-house events (monthly results meeting for the whole team), meetings with investors. • Expense tracking for three different cards, and for the CFO card. • Travel arrangement for the whole company and for the C-Level directors. • Calendar and mail management for the CEO. • Help CEO with any administrative tasks, such as hiring drivers for his family, security, taxes in Mexico and in the US, payment of other business' payroll and help with personal expenses tracking.
