Managed multiple sales teams across Deltek's various offerings with a focus on our ERP and PPM solutions and supporting clients in and around Project-Based Business, including but not limited to Government Contractors, Architect and Engineering, Non-Profit, DOE, EPC, CPA and Finance, and Consulting.
Head of Sales responsible for all license revenue through net new accounts/logos and expansion of existing client relationships into Strategic Accounts.
o Developed and launched new sales process and methodology; close plans, territory plans, playbooks, TAS ( Target Account Selling executive sponsor).
o Led SAAS and PAAS launch initiative with a focus on security, ITAR, and building recurring revenue stream.
o Managed all forecasting an
