► CAREER SNAPSHOT…
As an HR leader, I develop, launch and manage programs that are globally aligned, legally compliant, and that promote the organization’s strategic vision. I’ve proven my skills in numerous environments, in companies both large and small, and across multiple industries. I’ve also been fortunate to hone my project management skills across the full gamut of HR programming including: change management, organizational development & training, strategic staffing, performance management, retention, succession planning, talent management, compensation & benefits, and HRIS.
► WHAT I DO BEST…
There’s a quote by John Quincy Adams that always resonated with me:
“If your actions inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” That’s the kind of leader I’ve aspired to be – a leader that brings out the best in others. In the work environment, that’s been expressed through my strengths as a coach and facilitator working at all levels, including extensive experience with executive coaching as I help senior leaders deftly navigate change.
► GLOBAL COMMUNITY STEWARDSHIP…
When you love doing something, it tends to wind its way into ALL areas of your life! That’s certainly been true for me. I’m a former Chapter President for Dress for Success – Delaware Chapter, and I’ve served as a Board Director on many foundations including Healthcare Business Women's Association (HBA). I also had the pleasure of moderating panels on global platforms. Working with organizations like Leaders Without Borders and Hadarat Global. I enjoy taking on public speaking engagements, particularly those geared towards motivating women to foster a strong personal and professional image in the workplace.
► GOALS…
To continue to grow and expand on a global platform working with all types of business owners, fortune 500 leaders and develop my leadership capabilities by harnessing my proven skills in:
Coaching & Facilitation √ Organizational Development √ Change Management √
