Hi, my name is Dayra Northumbria University grad with a Master in International Business Administration (July 2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing (July 2014). Ecuadorian native (South America), with a passion for creating content and developing strategies that will grow your brand or business. Having worked in Marketing across different industries (financial, beauty, luxury brands, engineering, travel & tech) I value creativity by implementing it to overcome challenges as a team, through leadership and innovation. Throughout my professional work experience, I have repeatedly worked with tight deadlines, ensuring the highest quality end-product while staying detail-oriented and data-driven. While living in 5 different countries and two different continents, I learned to embrace change and diversity which makes the opportunity of working in diverse teams inspiring.
