Manage the full customer journey for residential, commercial, local, and long-distance moving services throughout the DMV area and nationwide. Serve as a primary point of contact from initial inquiry and estimating through booking, move preparation, and post-service follow-up.
● Consult with customers to understand move requirements, inventory, access conditions, packing needs, timelines, and special handling requirements.
● Prepare customized hourly, flat-rate, binding, packing, storage, labor-only, and interstate moving estimates.
● Manage inbound leads from Google, Yelp, Facebook, referrals, phone inquiries, and other marketing channels through the company CRM.
