I lead Manizh Consulting (www.manizh.com), a boutique data & AI consultancy built on a conviction earned over 25 years in technology: clients should own their critical capabilities, and the senior people who scope the work should be the ones who deliver it. At Manizh, we architect and ship data & AI capabilities, composable commerce re-platforms, and secure engineering foundations (DevSecOps) for mid-market brands — from first blueprint through hands-on build and team enablement. Before this, I founded ChangeCX, a customer-experience engineering consultancy, served as its CTO, and led it through acquisition in 2023.
