Ships production AI and the strategy & operating system around it. Founding CPTO at Lexful.ai. 3x category creation. Leads or builds.

Executive Individual Contributor (EIC): I build AI-native products and the operating systems that scale them. Product & technology: one vision, one accountability.
Most recently I was the founding CPTO at Lexful, where I took an AI-native platform from zero to launched product with paying customers in six months, owning the AI economics end-to-end: token budgets, inference cost tiers, and credit-based pricing. Before that, I was the first product leader at Cognota, where I drove the SMB-to-enterprise pivot, created the LearnOps category, won EY, Synchrony Financial, and Delta Airlines, and helped land a $5.5M Series A funding round.
Across 20+ years and eight B2B SaaS verticals, the consistent pattern is category creation through framework articulation: LearnOps at Cognota, marketing performance management at Allocadia, and composable commerce at Elastic Path. I see emerging categories before they are named, write the frameworks that describe them, and ship the products that occupy them. That is the instinct a strong product and operations function runs on: read the market early and turn what shipped into whether it actually landed.
The work I focus on now is AI-native product development, where AI is the substrate and the product could not exist without it, not a chatbot bolted onto a legacy platform. That was the thesis at Lexful, and it drives my current personal R&D on agentic product operations: three diagnostic frameworks, 88 scoring units, a named-pattern engine, and an MCP server, built solo on a modern stack (Next.js and TypeScript on Vercel, the Claude API, and a Vitest eval suite gating every change).
Selected credentials:
Founding CPTO at Lexful. Zero to launched with paying customers in six months. Owned AI economics end to end.
VP Product and Technology at Cognota. SMB-to-enterprise pivot, LearnOps category, EY, Synchrony, and Delta contributed to a $5.5M Series A.
Director-level product roles at Elastic Path (composable commerce, MACH, API, and SDK as a developer platform), Unbounce (early AI/ML in martech, 2018), Allocadia (ARR $5M to $20M), and Vision Critical (ARR $10M to $50M).
I own both the product and the technology side, which is how I think the best products get built.
Based in Vancouver, adaptable across Pacific, Eastern, and global time zones. Open to senior product leadership roles at B2B SaaS and AI companies where product is the business.
