At Dell/EMC Corporation, I was responsible for all engineering hiring in North America for the Infrastructure Solutions Groups (ISG), which is the core research and development group for Dell. I have built, developed, and mentored top-performing talent acquisition teams of up to 25 recruiters and 25 Sourcers. Manage all relationships with business leaders, human resources, and finance. I am proud to have received a rare perfect Tell Dell survey score of 100 for Leadership in 2022.
