I’m a proactive, meticulous and very organized person. I’m always ready to learn new skills in both work or educational areas. I have a great capability of management in every field I have worked. I have a humanistic and creative approach to solving problems, thanks to my Art studies.
I have plenty of experience in management and direction of work teams, in different fields such as business, sales and education. I’m interested in creating efficient, nice and warm spaces at work, focused on the emotional aspect of individuals on each work team and on each person.
Due to my humanistic and millennial vocation, I have been able to learn from both generations that come before and after mine. I have also learned to combine my oratory, empathy and tolerance to create pleasant, productive and cordial work spaces.

My biggest goal: that my surroundings receive what they deserve and even more. And that my work teams connect in a relaxing environment, trying to find the answers to these two questions: ‘what for?’ and ‘what don’t I like?’ Based on that and guided by these fundamentals. I believe that I can influence my team and myself in a positive way to achieve success.
Soy proactiva, prolija y organizada. Predispuesta al aprendizaje de nuevas áreas laborales y educacionales, con una gran capacidad de gestión en los diversos ámbitos en los que me he desempeñado. Mis estudios de Arte me permiten tener un enfoque mucho más humanístico y me genera mucha más creatividad a la hora de solucionar problemas.
Tengo amplia experiencia en administración y dirección de grupos de trabajo, en áreas comerciales, empresariales y educativas, me interesa crear ambientes de trabajo amenos y eficientes siempre poniendo el foco en el aspecto emocional y en la individualidad de cada integrante del equipo.
Mi marcada vocación hacia lo humano y mi condición de milenial, me proporcionan la ventaja de aprender de las generaciones que me preceden y suceden, de manera que, valiéndome de una buena oratoria, empatía y tolerancia, combinando las características de ambas, logro crear ámbitos laborales y de estudio cordiales y productivos.
Mi principal objetivo: que mis entornos reciban lo que necesitan y aún más, y que las personas se relacionen en un ambiente de producción distendido, intentando encontrar siempre la respuesta a dos preguntas: para qué? y que no me gusta? Y sobre esta base actuar en consecuencia e influir positivamente en el logro de los objetivos.
