Expert content analyst in Bank Relations Unit , it was my job to asses the risks as far as credits and prevention of fraudes were concerned, also providing services to new accounts in the Premium Preferencial portfolios in english , spanish and portuguese in U.S.A., we had direct contact with bankers and Premium client´s and was also their customer service in card protection for a full fledged use of them, this was done both through phones and emails. I was not only able to provide customer service to our Banks but also made sure they had new clients on a regular basis, also incentivised customers to use American Express credit cards. Bank Relation Unit helped me to improve my management skills also resulted in a better use of our resources
