- I am responsible for locating and adding qualified talent to our recruiting pool and lead the candidates during the recruitment process.
- My focus is continually improving the candidate experience and guaranteeing an efficient and transparent process that can match the right candidate with the right job.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Source and recruit candidates by using college databases, social media, job boards, etc.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications. Schedule interviews.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Follow up the applicants.
