Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams in Pre-Sales, Channel, Consulting and Customer Success in organizations across a multitude of industries, including cybersecurity, IT distribution, SaaS-based software, hyper-converged infrastructure at companies including Ingram, ATS, Symantec, and now Trellix. In my recent role with Trellix, I have expanded my role to lead our customer success and professional services team in EMEA, transforming our customer engagement operations to drive tangible outcomes for our customers.
