Great engineering teams don’t just happen. You build them on purpose. I’ve been building software teams for most of my life. I started as a developer and went on to lead engineering organizations across startups, scaleups, and global enterprises. I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. I don’t care about titles or frameworks. I care about whether the team feels clear, trusted, and able to do great work. I care about whether we’re solving real problems and whether people are proud of what they’re building. Right now, I lead Engineering at Proxify. We're the team behind the platform that connects top developers around the world with opportunities they deserve. I also help our clients measure and improve engineering productivity, including the adoption of modern AI and agentic engineering practices. I’ve worked in startups, scaleups, and global enterprises. I’ve hired people, coached people, restructured teams, and been in the middle of hard decisions when the pressure was high. I’m not here to offer perfect solutions. But I believe good teams come from strong habits, clear thinking, and leadership that steps in when needed and steps back when it should. I care about building teams that last. Teams that ship real things. Teams where people grow. That’s what I’ve always worked toward. And that’s still what drives me.
