I work across HR operations, benefits, and employee experience—helping bring structure and clarity to growing teams. In my current role, I support everything from benefits and payroll coordination to FMLA/COBRA, employee relations, and partnering with leadership to keep things running smoothly across the organization. I also work closely with Finance on carrier billing to make sure things are accurate and aligned. I really enjoy building strong relationships across teams and getting a feel for what makes each group successful. I’ve seen how much of a difference it makes when people feel supported and processes just work the way they should. Always open to connecting and learning from others doing similar work.
