I am a data scientist and researcher working on experimentation, measurement, reliability, and the systems that allow organizations to learn. My background combines computational social science, public-health systems building, and product analytics work in technology. In industry, I have worked at Reddit and Zillow, focusing on experimentation, analytics systems, and decision support. A recurring theme in my work has been helping teams make their analyses more trustworthy and replicable, their documentation more durable, and their knowledge more reusable. I am especially interested in the gap between producing results and building institutional memory. That question now drives my writing on experimentation platforms, knowledge accumulation, and how data science teams learn over time. My interests include causal inference, product analytics, measurement rigor, analytics infrastructure, documentation, and technical communication.
