I am currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources and working as an HR Intern at EDOMINER pvt . Ltd , where I am gaining practical exposure to core HR functions and developing a strong foundation in people management.During my internship, I have been involved in activities such as recruitment support, candidate screening, coordination of interviews, and onboarding processes. This experience has helped me understand the importance of effective communication, time management, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.I have a keen interest in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Training & Development. I enjoy working with people, understanding their strengths, and contributing to building a productive and positive workplace culture.Along with my practical experience, my academic journey has strengthened my knowledge in areas like Organizational Behavior, HRM, and Performance Management.
