I was driven and ready to climb. But life revealed deeper truths. After moving to an 8B quasi government healthcare organization and experiencing success, I still felt a quiet dissatisfaction I could not ignore. A simple nudge from my stepmother, “Do some personal development,” shifted everything. What began as self work opened the door to meeting a CEO in upstate New York who invited me into a role I never expected: coaching him and his executive team. That moment changed my path. Since then, I have coached and developed thousands of leaders across the globe, helping them navigate complexity, rediscover purpose, and elevate their impact.
