My role involves managing daily operations, customer support, overseeing client onboarding, streamlining inventory workflows, and ensuring seamless carrier integrations to deliver reliable logistics support for small to mid-sized brands. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Humboldt State University, I leverage my expertise in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and eCommerce integrations across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart.
