Cloudinary is a SaaS platform that enables developers of any web or mobile application to automatically manage all their images and videos in the cloud using Cloudinary's Image & Video APIs. These APIs offer a wide range of capabilities, including uploading, browsing, searching, moderating, analyzing, manipulating, Gen-AI-powered creative editing, optimizing, fast delivery, and more. Cloudinary is also a leader in innovative Digital Asset Management (DAM), offering a complete and composable media management solution for business users and other parts of the organization. At Cloudinary, a successful bootstrapped company, I worked on various aspects of building a technology company from the ground up. Initially, my focus was primarily on R&D, Product Management, and Marketing efforts. I later transitioned fully to Product Management, eventually becoming the Chief Product Officer (CPO), where I focused on Product Management, Product Marketing, and Product Strategy aspects of our image & video platform. I am a software developer by training and have been writing code since I was 8 years old. I have over 20 years of experience in software development, primarily working in internet start-ups. I began my career in infrastructure and DevOps/IT roles before moving into software development, eventually taking on R&D management responsibilities. I have designed and developed various web and mobile systems, ranging from small to large-scale projects, on both the client and server sides. I have managed and led R&D projects and teams, with a primary focus on back-end systems, though I have also enjoyed working on front-end systems that involved defining user experience, performing UI design, and practicing graphic design as a hobby. I am passionate about working on technology initiatives from their early stages and enjoy contributing to a wide range of aspects.
