Vice President of Engineering Services with over 17 years of tech industry experience. Leading a globally distributed team of Program Managers, Project Managers, and engineers, I oversee more than 60 complex projects while managing a portfolio of 20+ global clients across FinTech, Public sector, Banking, Biotechnology, and other industries.
Learning is an important part of my life, it gives me confidence and true satisfaction. My learning journey started at a gymnasium in Kyiv, where a teacher's passion for maths sparked my own. I loved it so much that I explored it beyond the school curriculum, attending classes at a dedicated maths institute. That curiosity drove me to pursue an engineering degree at Kyiv Polytechnic, followed by an MBA in the UK, and in 2026 I completed the AI for Business programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Continuous learning keeps me at the forefront of academic research, which I integrate with industry best practices to better serve my teams and clients.
Outside of the corporate world, STEM Ambassadorship is something that brings real joy, being part of programmes that open doors for young people curious about science and technology. Because business success and positive societal impact aren't separate goals; they're stronger together.
