My primary experience is as a sales account manager in the IT environment and industrial services market working primarily with C-level executives. I am very customer centric and goal oriented. I provide pertinent services or products that are vital to the customer. What I do makes a difference to my customers and they depend on me to get the job done. This requires me to work closely with Operations to be sure every day tasks are completed. I work with salesforce on a daily basis to keep my forecasts and communication in line with upper management. Helping achieve sales goals is part of my competitive nature. But I am also a team player and love to help my colleagues where I can and see them succeed as well. I have often been utilized as the mentor to new hires in helping them get a good head start.
