I'm currently AVP – HR & People Strategy at Pragmatyc, a Saicon company, where I partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals and build organizations that scale sustainably.
Across 15+ years in IT, NBFC, and Automobile sectors, I've:
→ Led end-to-end HR transformation initiatives across fast-scaling and legacy organizations alike

What ties all of this together is a simple belief: strategy is only as strong as the people executing it. My work whether in a meetingroom or a college auditorium It is about building the environments, systems, and People skills that let both individuals and organizations thrive.
Alongside my corporate HR role in Pragmatyc, I play a key role in Insterra's business development team. Insterra is a platform connecting students, colleges, and businesses through structured internships, job and also bridging the gap between industry and academia by giving curated training programs to students and Faculty based on requirements which keeps me directly connected to how the next generation gets job-ready. I also provides end to end HR consulting services for partner companies of Insterra and also involved in corporate training.
