I’m currently pursuing my MBA with a strong interest in Human Resources. From school itself, I’ve been passionate about writing, which led me to become a content writer — and now that creativity helps me connect with people, communicate clearly, and understand behavior, which is key in HR. I recently began an HR internship where I’ve started learning hands-on about attendance, leave management, and Excel. I’m actively improving my skills in Google Sheets, MS Excel, employee engagement, and internal communication. I’m excited to explore HR roles in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR analytics. I’m open to new internship opportunities where I can grow, learn, and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
