I build production AI systems at the intersection of people, data, and operations. As of May 2026, I lead AI Engineering at SecurityScorecard, where I previously served as Head of Global Talent Acquisition. Over the past 18 months, I went from AI consumer to AI builder, shipping production systems across three contexts simultaneously: ENTERPRISE: The SSC Intelligence Platform: a production multi-agent system delivering product intelligence, GTM pulse reports, rep performance signals, TA automation, and structured candidate evaluation. Two-pass LLM architecture, serving the CEO, CFO, and VP-level operators. SMB / OPERATOR: An ops intelligence layer for a 6-location swim school franchise I run as CEO. Custom agentic tooling for campaign management, top-of-funnel automation, roster intelligence, and customer operations. CONSUMER: LifeOS: personal AI coaching platform with a 52-field Person Profile engine, archetype system, and streaming Deep Self-Coach pipeline. Now extending into LifeOS Enterprise as the first vertical application of the underlying coaching engine. All three run on leading-edge tooling. All three started from zero. All three are in production. My 12 years at Bridgewater Associates and my 25 years as a technologist building ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and BI systems and running production operations systems as a product manager turned out to be the exact mental model for generative AI engineering: unstructured input, structured signal out, audited at every layer.
