In my current role I manage a large remote development team, while staying hands-on with code, building core components such as MITM forward proxy servers, REST API gateways, browser farms, proxy scheduling components from ground up using lightweight frameworks such as Starlette + Uvicorn (Python) and Vert.x + Netty (Java).
