In a nutshell, making sure everything runs smoothly, including but not limited to: Submitting weekly reports for our North American Client on FTE growth, interpreter attrition, live heads, training status and overall interpreter performance Keeping our internal interpreter-tracking files both clean and updated Managing the Trainers and Mentors team, arranging start and end dates for current Trainings; provide new material for them and solve any issues with disruptive candidates Selecting candidates for the Trainer and Mentor positions Provide support for interpreters that take difficult calls Troubleshoot tech-related issues with the mobile app that interpreters need to work everyday Provide a Retraining session for underperforming interpre
