When I relocated I reached out to my old boss and at the time he had moved to KZN and requested that I move closer to the office to build a team. My job was to head hunt, recruit, manage and train new employees.

When I left they where consolidating all the telesales agents from all the branches and the managers post was already mine , I trained most of the people from other branches and I was well known at ITEC. Task I did alot admin, calling clients, cold calling, managing the director calendars , training and as a CRO I used to go out and demo all new devices, on all the new features . More like after sales care and I was offered the post because of my character and skil set.
