• Lead a cross-border team of recruiters and consultants delivering executive search, hard-to-fill roles, and HR advisory projects across LATAM, the U.S., and the Caribbean. • Design end-to-end talent strategies, from employer branding through onboarding, reducing clients’ time-to-hire. • Stand up a Corporate Consulting branch (background checks, due-diligence, organizational diagnostics), increasing firm revenue in the first six months. • Implement data-driven recruitment ops: ATS & CRM stack selection, KPI dashboards, SLA governance.
